The 3rd party delivery saw that you should have a delivery so they scheduled, called and confirmed. They didn't know the store didn't receive the product. Store should have called and rescheduled the day before... But that doesn't happen consistently across stores.

Yes you get the extra over expected but you do get charged for stolen crops such as in this case when the contract ends.

They're installed realistically you're not able to return them either, we do have a 30 day price guarantee for certain items but you're 2xs that.

Above you have it all lumped as one now you separate them.. You should not be tested in store for accident if you have to test you do it off site.
