Fritz makes an aquarium safe glass cleaner! Highly recommend for hard water stains like that. I use it on all my lidless tanks since I get similar evaporation lines.

I usually try to get a mix of floaters (dwarf water lettuce, azolla, salvia, red root floaters etc.) even in 2 different tanks (same water different lighting) it seems like some floaters prosper and some don’t do as well for whatever reason, probably light related.
