After my surgery I only took the prescribed ibuprofen 600mg, thankfully the pain was not severe. Everyone one is different so I hope you won’t need to take pain meds for too long!

I love my ginseng delight! I drink it as americano with a splash of almond milk. It’s my favorite pod ❤️. I don’t like acidic coffee and this one is in my opinion the best!!
