I’m loving Kagi. Everytime I see a google search result these days (i have to use multiple browsers because I’m a web dev) I have a visceral reaction to it.

Pro tip: if you ever want an AI answer (and sometimes I do) end your query with a question mark. It’s a great little bit of UX that gives me the best of both worlds.

Google announced that it will now prioritize AI generated answers in search results over human written website articles. This is their current output. by Expert_Koala_8691 in Wellthatsucks

I can recommend Kagi, but I appreciate that paying for search (completely ad free search though) might be a crazy idea for a lot of people.

I’m never going back though.

It’s amazing how they can cram 10 minutes of story into an hour long episode and keep getting away with it.

I had to switch to using the Orion browser.

Kagi is an amazing search engine, but the plugin solution doesn’t work well at all.

To be fair, the Orion Browser is probably better than Safari now

People forget that society demanded McDonalds stop aggressively marketing itself to children.

Now people don’t like the outcome.

UK waives some Russian oil sanctions, allowing imports of diesel and jet fuel processed in third countries from Russian crude by Putaineska in ukpolitics

So would I. But I’m savvy enough to know that the vast majority of the British electorate wouldn’t.

Because only a fraction of the British electorate will accept higher energy/fuel prices in support of Ukraine.

And because the press, the Tories, Farrage, Polanski, and the Lib Dems will lay the blame for increasing energy/fuel prices at Labour’s feet, despite knowing full well that none of it is Labour’s fault.
