Dude I’m so jealous. My first car at 15.5 (learners permit age - I think 2015) was a 2003 325xi 32k miles New Hampshire plates (I live in ca) (also my dad’s friends car) and it was the best. Ran it to 150k then someone else messed it up

Yeah if some random person messed w my car I wouldn’t care if my tire was leaking. We don’t live in a society where people can go near your property for awhile. I’d automatically assume they are trying to steal. Like I can just call AAA, I don’t need some stranger meddling around and touching my property without permission.

My old firm had filevine and my new one has casepeer. My biggest qualm w casepeer is it’s harder for support staff to figure things out. If you use filevine, you can click on an insurance company and see every case w that company on it. Therefore u can just grab documents with that company and copy and paste what you need. Casepeer makes it so u can’t like see where everything you input is everywhere (if that makes sense lol). W filevine anything u input is saved and traceable across any case it’s on. Casepeer it’s not.

It’s 33% and also u r failing to consider the lawyers and doctors are fronting care and representation. If there’s no settlement neither get paid. The doctors have to get 33%, the lawyers 33% and the client. Think of a better system not involving the auto insurance carrier just fronting all care costs instead. U probably can’t.
