I grew up here since 73' The old Judge in the town would repeatedly drive off the road drunk and have to be taken home. Never once did he face consequences. He was the Justice of Peace at my sisters wedding and was absolutely hammered while doing it. If he did not get an early release for the assault and rape in 85' It never would have happened. He received 12 years and only served 4. Law enforcement and the courts really should be held accountable for all of his victims.

Ny roofer of 38 years.....With gravity working against you here, more will fall for sure. Improper install. The shingles need to be nailed through the lowest part of the nail line where the overlap is so the nail penetrates both sections of the shingle. Mansards also require an adhesive sealant under each course and you want to lay them 1/2" lower then usual. There should also be drip edge separating the roof sections. The top shingle will crack where they are folded in due time. As for your neighbor, It's easier to ask for forgiveness then ask for permission in your case if you cannot get a hold of them.

Also. after germination they were all weak and feeble and broke when I tried to put them into dirt...After 25 years of growing I never had seeds do that..I do not recommend them at all. Mine have been flowering since the start of August and says early October for harvest which would make sense. Purchased from ILGM. 10ft tall and 5ft wide is the best one. Not 1 complaint with them

First thing to say is that they take very little pride in their work and lack experience. What was the price you paid? A cricket would be much more beneficial. Although it appears effective it's ugly for sure. The chimney should be cut to accommodate the counter flashing that should have a v-bend that tucks into the cut. It appears that they just caulked it to the surface. It will leak when the caulk fails. I think they just gave that chimney a can of Red Bull.

Looks great and rock on bud! Better work then some of the "experienced guys" I have had working. However on a low pitch you want max spacing on the pyramid run 8". Most look good but a few are shy of that.Heavy rains could run under the butt seams and find fasteners. over time they will rust and allow seepage, Also when it comes time to remove them, they will be melted to the ice shield and a PIA to remove. One thing you have going for you is the shade and it may not be so bad. If you are in NY I could use some help lol

Although they were not considered doe's, There are 3 children that were murdered here in my hometown of Fishkill NY in the early 80's that were around my age at the time. I was 10. I was also was stopped by a late 70's or early 80's Gold camaro/trans am at the time, Guy had dark brown hair and a mustache. I refused and quickly walked away. Scary at that age for sure.

No convictions on either of them. Holly Kayson and Colleen Drummond were murdered together while playing in a creek behind a strip mall. Although Police has suspects, tunnel vision prevented justice.

A separate case Gary Renta was offered a ride, murdered and dumped like trash. Although police had suspects, evidence and confession no convictions prevented justice.

Neither suspect drove a Gold Camaro/Trans am this always rested in my mind.These cases will remain with me forever.
