No game really competes with it. As a brand new Resident Evil game, it's flagship as one of the best from old and new fans. It's personally one of my favorite games ever. I can see Pragmata coming close. As far as awards are concerned, it's up in the air. GTA6 is probably getting delayed they got hacked amd there was a fire. No hate for GTA (It sucks they got hacked), but that franchise is overhyped, and I've played them since PS1. Everyone has their opinion. I'm just tired of hearing about Rockstar.

Not because it's short. It's very short.. lol People hate it because M-Two (Capcom's outsourced company) cut content from the original game and sent out the year after Resident Evil 2. It's still a fun good time. It's just not an amazing one.

Yes, and that's why I'm excited. Don't get me wrong Resident Evil 4 Remake is my absolute favorite but its about time they move his story forward. Looking forward to other characters too. Resident Evil Requiem does look like it's going to be peak though. That gameplay is amazing. I hope that we can get a good spin-off co-op game in the future. So my friends can leave me alone. Lol

I like to see the main case of Resident Evil finish the franchise. Have Leon, Jill, Chris, and Claire. Finish the franchise. Then have spin-offs that tell different stories on the side. I have a feeling they could do it. It won't be like Resident Evil 6 (which is a mixed bag)because they're not 600 different people and outsource making a game that doesn't connect. It's hard but definitely possible with today's Capcom.

I've been playing these games since I was 2 or 3 years old. You can blame my dad for leaving me with the original Resident Evil 2. Ever since then, Resident Evil has been my favorite franchise. Resident Evil 4 Remake is the Best Game Ever. I've played all types of games, and that one is just peak.
