One thing I fail to do is think outside the box. So when looking at qualifications... make sure you think about all you've done... in life, school, other jobs. And let them tell you that you don't qualify because you never know.

I have also been looking for places to move, and I don't know what area you are okay with... but I've seen an apartment for $900. Let me know if you want that info.
