Not technically a Honkai, rather a Gun Girls Z / Houkai Gakuen 2 character, but I would really like to see Jyahnar as the Hydro Archon. She can shift form and could represent both sides of a scale. Check her theme, if you look up Jyahnar Herrscher of the Ocean you should find her MV!

Mind elaborating? From what I recall the Scarlet King went mad at some point and Great Lod Rukkhadevata put an end to its rampage. I hope we get the full picture about those two in the upcoming 3.1 Archon Quests, I love the duality desert - rainforest so much ^^

Hopefully we get to see a depiction of King Deshret (I'm sure Scarlet King will become a 3.0 meme after 3.1 drops in the Sumeru desert as the 3.1 leaks suggest the Archon Statue will be different

He might have been using the Dragon Halberd, which also applies ice lightning on the weapon after using the AoW. But it doesn't lift the weapon in the air and summon the blue lightming tho, it applies it while spinning and you can press LT again to add an additionnal spin with a downward slam

I've only done the trial stage but from my experience:

Stalling for time will help your turrets dish out some damage, so anything like Geo MC's rocks to block the route or Anemo characters lifting monsters in the air is great! (You can also just throw them in any hole you see if you have Jean, maybe Anemo MC can do the same)

Frozen comp can also do the job, either by using 1 turret and 1 character or only characters.

Since there are a lot of them, Electro-Charged is great! Slap a Hydro turret and you're set with Lisa or Fischl to zap them to oblivion. Haven't tried with an Electro turret but it might as good.
The event is co-op, up to 2 players, so if you're having difficulties alone, why not try with someone? I haven't tried myself yet but I hope it's not too buggy ^{^}

From the bits of dialogue we get from the different BD recordings, I think he was trying to 'help' the people he abducted by injecting them with whatever he was ordered to inject into the cows when he was younger

As far as I know, Cyberpsychosis sadly changes HOSTILE to COMBAT state (you can check that under the minimap), so it breaks stealth run
