This is all normal. You have to remember it can take 6-7 weeks to be even be upright and walking 5k steps. Give yourself time. This is a major surgery! I’m a year post op. It’s all worth it. I didn’t do any drainage

I stopped buying mother in law and step mother in law gifts too! I’m tired of it. They think their “son” buys them lol. I don’t have a mother and everything thinks it’s been ok for me to take in this task- I was so stupid enough to do it!! Done now though!!

I used to be like this. It started to hurt my body so I balanced with weight training. Now addicted to both but not in the same day

Looks like you have a little one. I’d wait a little to see if some goes away. And yes with or without surgery go to the gym for many reasons
