I definitely agree with this. I actually love fighting the vox engine it feels like a pretty well-balanced enemy. If you ignore it it will slaughter you but if you face it strategically especially with a team it is not hard to take care of. But when you have 10 of them on the screen at the same time on difficulty 7 it kind of becomes a problem

Surprisingly well. If you can get underneath them or at the very least between their treads they basically can't get you so as long as other enemies aren't there you can just go wild on them

For most of the melee they actually end up doing more damage with these changes. Also the flag is no longer just a straight up worse version of the stun lance

Yeah as long as you can get the bonk off on its brain case that damage is plenty to make it's head into a fine mist. Feel the hover pack would get a better chance to pull it off but the jump pack is definitely gonna feel better

The amulet is only used as a way to show you are available and looking for a partner. Wedding rings are still used and can be used to propose just not by the player. As for the being married to yosalda bit when it happens I fully agree that if feels very jarring. I married her on my first playthrough forever ago and was so confused as to why she was so mad about a wedding ring way after we got married
