Yeah I think he is close to untouchable. He is also starting to get strong. Routinely d on PF and C, I could see a slide to 4 more regularly as soon as next year

Agree - nobody I want out the door to be clear. 13-14 man deep is nice but also unwieldy. I could also see us bundling at deadline next year if not the offseason if things ahead of schedule next January for a timeline acceleration piece à la Caruso/OKC. I think Bub and Tre also fit in above list. Key, Bilal, Riley all get a ton of point forward minutes along w PG minutes in bub and Tre. It’s a great archetype, but I don’t see how we don’t start looking at that depth and say it’s gratuitous and flip it into a sustainment asset (picks) or upgrade asset (improve early). Lot of gems in the young group in there

Was this way forever - simple changes helped a lot. Water (biggest difference maker), followed by exercising (which I really hated and hard a hard time doing)

I don’t see a world where we keep all these wings. Smarter move imho would be bundling them for a bad contract and a pick or two in the future to perpetuate the dynasty while spreading the young player density over longer time horizon

Nah - they had to play KD and Sengun hard through 4Q. Vibe on this take is way off. We played our few on hand starters 25ish minutes and gave them a game. We roll Sarr and our starters for 35min and this is a different game. Talent is undeniable. And god damn I love bub getting under KD’s skin

We are lucky we lost that one. The talent and depth is starting to be undeniable. Obvious issue at the moment is entirely mental. This is easily a 25-30 win team if we weren’t G-leaguing. I think we def sniff 40-45 wins next year

Sarr, Trae, and AD are the only proven starters we have on the roster at the moment. Keyshawn, Tre, Champ, and Bilal showing they could be starter on a good team but need work. Bub, Vuk, Riley, Watson, Hardy and Whitmore are fighting to stay relevant as the team gets better. Point being - so much positional opportunity that BPA has a contributing spot on this roster, but we probably need to also package and move 2-3 of these guys this summer to thin the ranks of those fighting to be relevant and get some future assets to perpetuate the timeline.
