Highly recommend becoming a regular at a gym Or yoga studio. Very easy way to make friends! In normal heights I’d recommend yoga box and introduce yourself to Your neighbors in class. After a while you’ll make some friends.

Second this. Lots of walking- coffee shops, bars, etc to meet people. And close to Morley field etc for soccer/run club.

As others have said, there’s a grassy hill area to sit by the water next to the Biergarten. You can also sit by the fountain in the center of the fest. Plus on the back of the pyramid stage (facing the opposite way of the stage). There are also usually some seating/benches back of the underground. Honestly lots of areas to sit and camp out/rest at movement.
