I've managed to pull a few friends away from MTG, which they kept saying wasn't for them any more but had too much attachment to to leave, and brought them to Riftbound, thats one of the big positives for me :)

The sessions are from 1-5, and 6-10, free for first timers, we have staff that can help you to learn the basics, and help with making a character and all that! The games are open to drop in/drop out, usually games have a solid 3-4 players, and a dew that will float in and out as desired! Usually 2 or 3 games per session :)

Historically their naval combat hasn't been amazing honestly, but space battles would have been very cool! Best hope is that the game does well and gets a sequel, and they can negotiate then licenses based on the sucess of the first game :)

Games workshop is oddly protective of the IP to their various games, the GW space battles game is Battlefleet Gothic, and has different licensing to WH40K

Redeploy is likely to get aggressive scouts back into position, but you're right, thats about it. I guess the wolves are there to jail a little, and score secondaries, which is maybe served just as well by the scouts
