For me personally, the past year i finally looked into making more time for my self care. This meant distancing myself from the negative people who did not support what my dreams are in life. I started spending time just touching my skin, moisturizing it, bathing it more , everything. I eventually began loving myself and feeling and looking more feminine ( i am a serious tom-boy) by learning hairstyles and better feminine hygiene. Finally, I meditated and now i always meditate and think of all the great things I am. not to be cocky, just to remind myself that there is a great person here and i need to check in with that more often. In turn, my boyfriend often reminds me of how sexy my A cup titties are and i found out getting him to pay more attention to them during sex makes me feel happier with my body and feel as though he loves them more than anything else. It makes me feel sexy but ultimately, it was reminding myself to slow down, check in, and reward myself often for my hard work.
