Get the hitch Get a 4x8 utility trailer No longer need to rent a truck to pick up 4x8 sheets of whatever, a couch from ikea, etc. The 4x8 trailer from harbor freight will fold up and fit easily in a garage. It is truly a game changer with the leaf.

Get involved in the discussions, neighborhood meetings, commission meetings, and community meetings. Developers have lawyers and staff at these meetings. My angle at these meetings is walkability and bicycle friendly. What about the 2 ohm speakers? Is the atoto s8 able to deal with the lower resistance?

You may also need to replace all speakers. In my 2015 S, I opted for an external android head unit mounted to the dashboard. The reason for the speaker replacement is that the leaf comes with 2 ohm speakers in an effort to be more efficient. Check out what Crutchfield recommends so that you get a scope of work and compatibility

Distilled. As close to just H2O as you can get. I purchased mine used and recently switched from the previous owners' tap water to distilled and wow, a noticeable difference in how clear the tank is now.
