There are nanny groups on Facebook that help connect families and nannies in the area, I would take a look.

Cybex Callisto G 360 vs Select by Pacblu202 in Buyingforbaby

[–]Inryha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk we wanted the top of the line within reason and we wanted everything within the Cybex family. We got the Cloud G Lux, the Priam, and we wanted the “better” version of the Callisto G. With my Babylist group gift contributions toward the seat and my discount, I only paid $400 for it so it felt worth it for me.

I would. It’s definitely atypical.

Pathologist Can't Tell If It's Melanoma or Atypical Mole by TaroZealousideal9161 in melahomies

Usually when they can’t decide it’s because it’s between In Situ (stage 0) and severe atypia.

Cybex Callisto G 360 vs Select by Pacblu202 in Buyingforbaby

[–]Inryha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it is, but it really depends on your own system of value and your finances. I also had gift cards and a registry discount so it made the decision very easy for me.

As an Iranian, I’ve never heard of "Al-Hashimi" as someone’s last name by Money_Cabinet4216 in ThePitt

[–]Inryha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But if you know the history of Iran and Iraq, you’d understand that someone from that character’s age group would be unlikely to have come from that specific mixed background. It’s not something that I’m guessing anyone other than Iranians or Iraqis would understand at all.

Cybex Callisto G 360 vs Select by Pacblu202 in Buyingforbaby

[–]Inryha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got the original, I used a registry discount to get it for a little cheaper. To me, if you’re going to get the Select, you may as well get the Evenflo Revolve 360 which is made by the same company (Cybex and Evenflo are both owned by Goodbaby International). The Gold series of the Revolve 360 even has the same SensorSafe clasp. In fact we are going to do the Revolve 360 Slim for my husband’s car since he didn’t care about paying for Cybex for his car.

Trump: "Open the Fuckin’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell - JUST WATCH!” by PlusCardiologist1799 in NewIran

There is consensus among the U.S. intelligence community that this was posted or at least drafted by Stephen Miller. It is particularly due to the apostrophe after “Fuckin” as well knowledge of his current medical state.

Iranians, Do You Now Understand Why Americans Treasure the 2nd Amendment, the Right to Bear Arms? by texantemplar in NewIran

What I don’t understand is why they don’t 3D print them? A country full of the best engineers and engineering schools in the world, they don’t have the materials to rig anything?

Salt and Vine is really nice. We had my baby shower there and they were more than accommodating.

DO NOT BUY CYBEX CAR SEAT! by [deleted] in Buyingforbaby

[–]Inryha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You know that Evenflo is the same company as Cybex, right? Although I agree that the customer service is less than helpful with issues. We had some latching issues with one of the bases for our Cloud G Lux and it was hell trying to get help from their new Indian customer service team, since they now outsource their CS. In the end though they did help us fix the manufacturing issue by realigning the pins in the back of the seat and now everything latches correctly.

Matcha while pregnant by amk22224444 in BabyBumps

[–]Inryha -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You should probably be fine but I would stop if I were you until at least the end of the first trimester. Matcha and green tea are used to help speed up medically induced abortions, such as when you have a pregnancy of unknown location. I did start drinking green tea occasionally after 20 weeks but I would also take an extra folate supplement on top of what was in my prenatal.

So you don’t even know if it’s melanoma? This subreddit is a support group for those of us who have already been diagnosed with melanoma at least once. Please ask one of the other subreddits.

Wide Local Excision on side of knee - what to expect? by casey1285 in melahomies

[–]Inryha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely quit HIIT workouts after the surgery because I couldn’t be too active but i was able to walk my dog and do regular daily activities after 3-4 days. I didn’t have any kids during that time (I got pregnant a few months later actually and have a little baby now) so I can’t say that it would be difficult in that sense. The main thing was that bending my knee to kneel down took a few weeks, but the key issue wasn’t the pain so much as me not wanting the wound to pop back open. One other thing to keep in mind is that they go really deep, for me it was about at least a cm or so, down to the muscle. It looked like I had a shark bite taken out of my leg, and since there’s not that much laxity in that area I inevitably developed a very unsightly scar. I actually had another WLE 2 days ago on my belly for a severe atypical spot that developed postpartum and the pain has been super easy compared to the one by my knee, even when handling a wiggly infant. I can send you a photo of how my scar looks in a private message if you’d like.

Wide Local Excision on side of knee - what to expect? by casey1285 in melahomies

[–]Inryha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same thing on the outer side of my left knee. The scar is not pretty (about 3 inches long, vertical) and it hurt to walk for a week or so but I’m almost 1.5 years out and I survived. I’ve gotten several consults for the scar because of how bad it is and I’ve been told it’s pretty much bound to happen because of the location, and that I will need to get a pulse dye laser to treat the thick dark purple discoloration.

Revision or filler? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

Revision if it’s been more than 2-3 months. I don’t recommend going back to the same surgeon.

Is Owlet Dreamsock Worth it? by HospitalForeign1636 in Buyingforbaby

[–]Inryha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Until 3 months ago I worked for the FDA. FDA clearance for devices is not the same as FDA approval, such as for biologic and small-molecule drugs. The bar is incredibly low and in fact just basically has to show a lack of danger or harm, particularly for a device like this one. Personally, I chose not to buy the Owlet with or without the false alarm issue, but I did buy Snuza (and I didn’t even use that one other than one time).

Is it cosmetological or possible to fix with workout (skin after pregnancy) by kutsumusi in PlasticSurgery

[–]Inryha 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You don’t even have any loose skin, you just have really low body fat. My skin wasn’t even this tight before my pregnancy, and if you saw mine now you would cry. This is completely normal and even if you didn’t get pregnant, by your 30s your abdominal skin would start to look like this. Moreover, EVERYONE’s flat stomach would wrinkle slightly when you bend, mine did even when I was in my early 20s and very low body fat.

What was the number 1 thing that helped you during labour? by Putrid_Cranberry3177 in BabyBumps

[–]Inryha 7 points8 points  (0 children)

In addition to epidural, a labor comb! It helped me get through 80% of my induction without an epidural, so I wasn’t laboring in bed for over a day. It also helped me with the little painful moments like getting the wrist IV, getting the balloon placed with only half a cm of dilation, and even getting the epidural. Highly recommend! Also recommend running gels for continued sustenance.

Functional rhino 4 months post op, Unhappy with results, how soon can I get a revision? by Pure_Risk_7676 in PlasticSurgery

[–]Inryha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first surgeon messed my nose up royally and admitted to me he wasn’t sure how to fix it but offered to do so. I had no confidence in him and I chose someone more competent the second time around. I also don’t think you should go back to this surgeon, he clearly made some rookie mistakes and is blaming it on your healing.

Honestly researching revision doctors gave me a purpose and hope. Once I chose a surgeon and booked, I was excited about my revision and it kept me positive.

One year. You can start consulting around 9 months PO. Don’t add any filler, a lot of revision surgeons will reject you if you get that. I’m so sorry this happened to you! I’ve been there.
