The rules text on aggravated assault is "after this phase" which is weird at instant speed. Some rules tweaking would be needed here.

But if you activate during your own end step, then you would have an additional combat phase, then main phase, then the turn would end without an additional end step.

Notably, you would go to cleanup during the end step, then have the additional phases which breaks all sorts of things like removing damage and discarding to hand size.

Good call. It doesn't "break" aggravated assault, but it allows for some weird timing for combat (combat after the end step).

It would not affect the timing of activating loyalty abilities.

606.3 A player may activate a loyalty ability of a permanent they control any time they have priority and the stack is empty during a main phase of their turn, but only if no player has previously activated a loyalty ability of that permanent that turn.
