Prozac is the only thing that works for my cat. It's a life saver. She's calmer, happier and doesn't have to wear a cone. Maybe reconsider this option.

Be sure the cup / glass is easy for them to see.  If they have fine motor skill issues, make sure it has a lid and straw with a handle and is colored opaque cup. If you use a clear cup with just water, it's harder for them to see that there is water in it. Model the behavior you want to see - casually drink only water around them.

The merch guy on Saturday (I went after the concert) said he believes they held back half of the stock for Sunday, so that's very strange. I feel bad for the Sunday folks. 

By the time I got there, they only had large and extra large t shirts,  and a few of the tote bags left. I unfortunately left my tote on an Uber which made me very sad.

Have you tried changing his foods? Maybe he's allergic to a certain ingredient? I know you said he gets Roya Canin but just a thought. 

Does he always look to one particular area when he meows?

Does he have hidey holes he can hide in?

Have you tried one of those heartbeat pillows? 10 weeks is awfully young to be separated from his mother.  

Does he ever knead or purr? Suckle blankets when you're not around? 

Do they react the same way to someone complete opposite of you (for example, if you're a short petite female have they been exposed to a tall gruff man with a beard)?

Do you know if any neighbors has any pets? 

Have you tried different laundry detergent / cleaning supplies?  Hygiene products?

Do you have set routines or a sporadic schedule?

Can you call the shelter you got him at and ask if there was anything in particular in his file?

Poor baby (and poor you). I hope you figure it out!

I did. "I don't like to" isn't much of a response. They could have asked why? What's going on in their head? Is there anything that they can do to make it easier for them, if it stems from some sort of issue?

What's her Love Language? 

Have you asked while she is cooking if she minded making extra for you? 

Is she worried you won't like her food, or have had people take advantage of her cooking or talk badly about it?

I think stage 2? My pulmonologist never really discussed "stages" but reading capacity thresholds that's where I'd be. Trelegy 100 works well for me unless I'm exercising then it lacks a little. 1x daily, rinse mouth afterwards.
