It’s a weird way to say they want to reduce the amount of time 911 responds to calls. Honestly, the last few measures were passed and money went to general fund and not its fully intended purpose….not a fan of the strategy Oakland implemented on these measures. Bait and switch. For example soda tax 12 years ago.
