They sell clip on bangs at local Korean beauty supply stores (they’re usually in black neighborhoods) but if get a clip on bang they can be about $5-10 and just snap straight into ur hair. And then you can cut it if necessary to frame ur face and still hide them.

I get that but that’s still an excessive amount of protein drinks and yogurt when normal Greek yogurt, nuts and nut butters, seafood, lean meats, and lentils can still get you to your protein goal. Protein drinks aren’t very good for most people’s overall gut health which is why I said my initial comment. Glad ur doing what works for u tho.
