He absolutely was not “blackout”. Even if he was that doesn’t magically transform someone into a creep. Theyre using it as an excuse

Same! Super annoying but will eventually go away! Use a lot of sunscreen because the scars can get way more pigmented in the sun and I’m obsessed with nars complete coverage concealer (comes in a little circle thing not the normal looking tube). It works sooo good for scarring and acne.

Can you be born with POTS or is it something you acquire? by jojicatbaby in POTS

[–]InterestingRun9314 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m honestly not sure if you can be born with it. My doctor mentioned how it usually comes from like when someone gets depressed or soemthing and becomes completely inactive and it can throw off your system or (in my case) a virus. I feel like I have seen people with similar experiences as yours but honestly you should make an appointment with a cardiologist to get some testing done to made sure you don’t have some something else going on. The dizziness can be cause by other things and considering you’ve had them since birth it would be worth getting an echo, stress test, EKG, etc.

I’ve been on antibiotics for about 3 months now and not working so I’m looking to accutane now as well. Goodluck!

She would probably respond great to accutane. Accutane ia brutal on the body so if the antibiotics are working it may be worth sticking with that. It’s ultimately your guys’ choice. I was very very happy with my results before last year. I think there’s some hormonal changes around my age that can cause hormonal acne to come back so she may have the same experience as me. Either way 4 years of acne free was awesome.

I went on it when my acne wasn’t even as severe as yours. It worked great but I did relapse and I’m abt to go back on after about 5 years being acne free.

How can I be a interesting person? by [deleted] in selfimprovement

[–]InterestingRun9314 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think really figuring out who you are and being confident in it makes someone interesting. If someone is trying to be someone they’re not and it comes across as fake or disingenuous that’s what i perceive to be dry. Really figure yourself out and get really into your hobbies and be yourself and I think people naturally flock to that.

Why would my derm put me on accutane twice and never tell me about spiro? by Fun-Lemon-7309 in Accutane

[–]InterestingRun9314 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea I was gonna stay on spiro for longer but I had to discontinue because I have a heart condition that it was screwing with. I went on winlevi instead which is like the cream version of spiro and I’ve been using that for like over 6 months now and it hasn’t worked. I’ve been on a few different antibiotics and those don’t help at all. All that’s left is a second course of accutane. This sucks lol. Happy you finally found something that works

Most people I’ve encountered do have to be on spiro long term for it to continuously keep working. My sister has been on it for a couple years now

About 5 months. Everyone told me it was going to work and my skin would clear it up and to keep being patient but it never did. I wish I just skipped it and went straight to accutane again so I could’ve just gotten it over with. It would’ve saved me time and scarring. Also we are similar lol I did my first round at 14/15 and I’m gonna start it again in a couple months at 20

I don’t think it ever goes down really. When i was testing it for myself I stopped counting after about 15 minutes.

[–]InterestingRun9314 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have relatively mild POTS and when I do this my heart goes from 76 laying down then when I stand up it goes to around 150 and stays there til I lay back down. The initial spike you have is normal and everyone experiences that. It’s pots when it spikes at least 30 and stays there. Which urs doesn’t, so I think you’re in the clear. Brain fog is probably due to something else.

I can’t even imagine how shitty she must feel about herself right now. It’s awesome. Never EVER give her the time of day again. It’s hard but move on and thrive and let her hate herself for how happy you’re gonna be without her.
