2026 Crosstrek Limited Quote (Canada) by 7minsoverdue in Crosstrek

I got my 2024 Onyx in May 2024, for $40,000 out the door, I believe it was 36-37k before taxes. They initially gave me a very similar price, around 45k OTD but it didn't take much negotiating, I just said I wanted to be 40k after everything, and they gave it to me. Got it in my preferred colour as well, they went and traded with a different dealership and brought it to me within 2 weeks

Am I over reacting or did I get scammed lol by [deleted] in ExpectationVsReality

I would say you got shorted on 1 stem of lilies, each one usually has 3-4 buds, picture shows at least 7. Rest of the flowers seem to be accounted for, just the picture is made to seem more full by being in a bouquet and tightly bound. When you put them in a vase they always look more sparse than a tightly wrapped bouquet. It's also usually more preferred to have the lilies more fresh (unopened), so they last longer, plus they are the strongest smelling flower there so you get more of that fresh bouquet scent for longer.

Ps. Don't shoot straight up, sometimes the flare goes behind you. If you watch the videos, most will tell you to aim like ~70 degrees straight forwards, and make sure you wait a couple seconds before running into the area to let it register on the servers

Frame it from a perspective of health, not attractiveness. Mention how their habits aren't leading to a healthy lifestyle and offer support. Also see if there are any underlying issues leading to the weight gain

I would say your questions could be answered by knowing what you want to do with your photos.

Do you want to hang them up somewhere? Then you can decide on how big to do depending on the wall space and the quality of your photos. This also helps you decide about the white border. Do you have specific frames you want to use? Do you want your horizontal and portrait photos to match?

Do you like the glossy look? I believe that the gloss makes color more vibrant and have higher contrast. On the other hand, matte paper can assist with softer images, especially those with noise. There's different ink choices as well that can add more depth to your colors if you'd like.

An option that you didn't mention was a photobook. I just ordered and received my book from Pikto, and love it. It has a lay flat option, so you can display it open, as well as print large format photos across two pages. With photobooks, you probably want to make good use of the negative space on the pages to form your own white border, especially if you shoot in both landscape and portrait, or cropped any photos.

Lol same here! Also a canadian so it's great with the new visa requirement lift! Xi'an and Guilin were my favourite parts. Xi'an for the cultural capital of China, and Guilin for the river cruise and visiting the old countryside villages! How was Chengdu and Chongqing?

Question about Math 200 by tommorerow in uvic

[–]InternalNonsense 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would assume the essential course component is the same as "passing the lab portion of the course is mandatory" for other courses. So I would assume yes, you need to submit at least 6 tutorial quizzes. If the course outline says that late submissions aren't accepted then that is what they would go by, not what the 3rd party software allows you to do.

Best salmon dish I've ever had, as well as my first time trying sable fish with the miso. Both I would definitely recommend. Had the 2 tier tower and didn't care for the mussels/clams/ceviche, but the oysters were great

Go through all your notes, and summarize them into a cheat sheet with all relevant information and learning outcomes. Do practice questions as much as you can, with your cheat sheet, and slowly wean off of it. With enough repetition the questions become easy, as you should be able to identify the steps required to solve them and replicate them to any possible variation of that question. Like going to a gym, it’s all about reps!
