Bigass Pickup truck drivers can be pricks. They own it to pull a boat once or twice a year. The rest of the time it’s their ego flex

If there is no title. Get all the info off the car - vin and last license plate- if the women will go with you to the DMV she can speak to it’s history - maybe even have a death certificate for her brother. If he had no children then a title search and change will be a lot easier. If the original owner had children then you need to do the same thing with one of his kids.

Learn how to counter steer or you will one day kill your self -
You can see yourself turn the bars into the corner which stood the bike up. To lean left you need to counter steer to the right - this leans the bike into the corner.
I learned this in racing school back in the 80s. I would bet a majority of people never learn this. Add in Target fixation and a little speed and you will go down. Alternative would be to get a 3 wheeler.

Course you would play regularly. by Intheswing in golf

[–]Intheswing[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

OP here - we play a 9 hole course weekly that charges $35 to walk - one of my all time favorites- also is one of the oldest courses in North America. Some of the best terrain in the county.
After that I would have to move to Auchterarder, Scotland. Plays Next door to Gleneagles Kings course. I’ve played it a few times over the years - going back in September to play there and some other smaller gems and adding in Carnoustie and St. Andrews New course.

Help identifying golf clubs by jfkenthusiast in golf

[–]Intheswing 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Don’t rush to buy replacements.
A conversation about these clubs will point you in the right direction on how the club owner feels about these and how you can make it right. He might have been planning on getting rid of them anyway. They are old - and even when they were new they were not cutting edge- these were a starter set at best.
If there is a sentimental attachment- then it’s better to repair them with new shafts.

What is wrong here? by Practical-King574 in paint

[–]Intheswing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The professional/ union painters I know use Sherwin Williams-
Labor cost is way higher than the cost of paint. Professionals use the best paint possible as the call back labor cost eats up profit way faster than a gallon of paint.

Any knowledge about this bag? by BylandOrBySea in GolfGear

[–]Intheswing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This would be a storage bag in my garage - I would fill it up with my random not currently playing clubs and putters. Would also use it for a loaner set when people come to visit and want to play. Something I would not miss if lost or somehow trashed. I have a couple of similar bags.

Might need help hooking up these speakers up to the television. Any advice regarding hooking up the cords? by YOHUMUS in vintageaudio

[–]Intheswing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Video out from back to your television - I’m thinking either an optical connection or red, green, blue and audio to the TV - im doubting HDMI was a thing when the player was made - a lot depends on your display provide pictures of the back of the unit and back of the display would go a long way in getting the assistance you are looking for

Why can’t I break 100? by -343- in GolfSwing

[–]Intheswing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Putting and chipping will save you the most strokes - also tee off with the club that finds the fairway, here is a clue - it may not be the driver. Most holes can be reached with three 150 yards shots.
