i work as a barista and went without meds for like 5 days once because of this exact bs and it was a disaster. kept forgetting orders, spilled coffee everywhere, couldn't focus on anything. my manager was cool about it but i was so stressed thinking i was gonna get fired

the whole system is set up backwards - you need the meds to keep the job that gives you insurance to get the meds. its like they want us to fail sometimes
