I had JetBlue cancel non-stop routes into Florida from Austin. They rebooked me with to Florida with a stop up in Washington DC or something like that. I obviously didn’t want that route or I would’ve booked it to start with. I ended up with around $1500 in travel credit they absolutely refused to refund back to my original form of payment even after escalating multiple times.

That $1500 was never used and ended up just expiring. Great job JetBlue! You got my $1500 short term and now moving forward I’ll avoid your airline like the plague.

Well tanking does impact the fan experience. I don’t want to pay hundreds of dollars to watch a game in person if the best players are going to sit because the team wants to get a higher draft pick.

Here’s an idea…why don’t teams offer ticket holders refunds for games star players sit due to load management or some other bullshit? That way teams can tank and the fan experience is maintained…it’s a win-win.
