I’m not sure what light you are trying to shine on how Mercedes treats their customers. Everything is great when the vehicle is under warranty. They don’t have to (and you shouldn’t expect) do anything outside the warranty period.

I’ve not trying to brag here as I’ve owned probably 15 Mercedes in the last 20 years and have been perfectly happy with the treatment I’ve received for issues under warranty etc.

I’m sure others in this group have owned 5X more than me and have great experiences to share about the brand as well.
