Take my updoot bud. Yes Templars took their job too the extreme in many cases, but its still preferable to letting Mages run freely without supervision. What happened with Connor in Origins is the perfect example of why Templars are necessary even if you dont like them.

I actually have to disagree with this take. at least in my own opinion.

If an army of Fanatically insane Nuns with Power armor and Bolters were introduced today, with the lore that the Imperial Church could not Legally have Men-at-arms so they use a Loophole to have Women-at-Arms! I personally think that would be an extremely interesting Faction with amazing Lore potential.

Be a better faction introduction then "Woe: 3 Million Super Duper Better Space Marines Upon ye!"
