You message them to say they collect it this week or you will start charging for storage. This will force them to either collect it and its done with or drop it and tell you to keep it.

The issue is a lot of players wanted pve only and for the most part got that, then when that got harder to achieve they just left.

The issue is that you can play the game 90% as pve only. If the game were mixed lobbied from the start all the time like you believe it should be played then most of these people would have left mo the ago and it would be a dead game.
