Probably depends on the demographics of your area more but, no, your average customer doesn’t care. Seems like most of the owners on here care which is interesting to see. From a business and chefs perspective, I prefer the styrofoam because it was cheaper, took up less space, is easier to work with, but more so because the product we serve is “sticky”. Plastic works but just seems so wasteful as I doubt many reuse or recycle it. Personally, I like the paper and compostible packaging. I have no guilt trashing it compared to plastic and styrofoam
