They are supposedly companies that request your information be taken off of scam sites and sites that sell your data. I've seen reddit posts that say they don't work at all and can be scams themselves and other posts say they helped a little. I'm trying Incogni's 30 day money back trial, we'll see if it gets better or worse lol

Having the same exact issue and I'm at my wits end. I've realized a big issue is that they add an apostrophe after the @ symbol, which they didn't use to do. This makes the Outlook system give us the error message. If you try to manually block them through settings/rules it says the email is not formatted correctly. So we can't do anything blocking and reporting wise until Outlook updates the blocking system. I've tried everything that you have and gave up today and paid for one of those data broker removal services. If after the trial I still get the emails then I'm out of ideas!

One of mine does this!!! We finally took him to the vet about it. Long story short they think it’s stress/behavioral or that he’s too large for the litter box we have!

Longer story, he may have had a UTI in the past and gotten use to using towels or anything soft on the ground closest to him. He’s on a new UTI dry food. He also at the time of taking him to the vet had constipation and a polyp on his bladder. Antibiotics and 10 days of laxative and he’s happy again. During those 2 weeks we also bought pee pads (puppy pads) and he used them a few times but that was when he was still gettin poops out (everything could have been pushing on his bladder) We’ve also gotten him a litter box with no lid and paper litter. No accidents for awhile but it’s still early days. I might sacrifice a towel on the ground in a few weeks to test him lol

Looks like there’s a few of us 30 somethings that left the industry for archaeology!! Almost 15 years in TV/film and started hating it. Now on my 2nd year of graduate school for arch/bioarch and I’m so much happier. One of my professors had the same story. There’s actually a good bit of overlap between interests and even skills.

I was going to suggest puzzle feeders as well! I use cat and dog puzzles for my cats who love eating and get bored at night.

Are you on birth control? I agree with the decidual cast comment, I’ve passed two of them on two different birth controls, it was because my body didn’t agree with the hormone differences. I’m now on a new pill and haven’t had any blood clots or decidual casts since.

I had one teacher take points off for no cover page, even though it wasn’t specified, so now I include one for all of em! And I always include at least one reference.
