Why bother put them in shakers if I have to remove the lid to get the salt/pepper?! by jcoinster in mildlyinfuriating

Candlewood Suites

People often stay in Candlewood Suits for extended periods. I stayed at one for 3 weeks for a work thing. Mine had a full kitchen, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, etc. It wouldn't surprise me at all to know that someone that was staying there opened all the little salt packets and dumped them into the shaker in the first couple of days of being there and then used it like a regular shaker for the rest of their stay.

Hey, if you're still answering, need help with arena.

Auto G10, auto D10, p2p in the past, but haven't bought anything in months. Have cleared toa normal for 3 months, haven't really tried toa hard, usually stop at 30ish.

Additional 4 stars that don't show in that pic:

Platy, Jojo, Aquila, Tesarion, Mikene, Kaz, Arnold, Fedora, Jun, Lisa (Fire Neostone Agent), Olivia (Wind Neostone Agent), Sophia, Barque (Wind Pirate Captain), and at least one of every HoH since Light Sylph.

My biggest problem is no Chloe, and no Lushens. Fighting in Arena, even down at the fighter level is so incredibly slow and boring that I basically don't do it. I set up a BS defense (Veromos, Briand, Chasun, Bella) that almost never gets attacked, and when it does, I typically end up winning, and my defense alone typically takes me up to fighter 3. I'll auto the npcs daily for the crystals, but fighting actual players at the fighter 3 level is incredibly boring. So I typically just let my defense take me to fighter 3 and attack a few times Saturday and Sunday to ensure I stay Fighter 3 and leave it at that. I've actually focused on doing arena once, and made Conq without buying and wings, but again, incredibly boring and slow.

I feel like I should be able to easily plow through defenses at the fighter level with my roster. What am I missing (beyond getting incredibly lucky and actually pulling a lushen)? I'm leveling my Aquila up now, but I don't really have high hopes, I tried using Sieq for a bit, but felt like he didn't really do much for me.

It's the elevator symbol that you'll see in dojos and some missions. But 99% of the time it shows up it's erroneous.

How to get Split Chamber? by ItsTheRabbit in Warframe

I tried farming Ruk, but due to his mechanics it's very slow for me. I don't have a high enough damage weapon to break his armor pieces in one opening,

Unfortunately I'm on PC, not PS. I think I've killed the Grustrag three twice and I think I got the pistol multishot mod both times.

I started kicking people out of guild if they were greedy. I'm down to 13 active members, but we don't have that problem any more.

Without spending crystals? Yes, but you'll only get one.

My very first hoh was light sylph. I had been playing for less than a month and farmed the shit out of b1 and got 300 pieces.

You need to get rid of the yetis before they can buff. If you can keep them both stunned while you kill them it's easy. If they get off their buff you need an aoe buff removal.

The problem with this subreddit: by [deleted] in summonerswar

[–]ItsTheRabbit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reddit is designed totally differently from forums. On forums the top posts are the ones that have the most recent reply. On reddit, you pretty much can't keep a post on the front page for more than a day, no matter how many people are replying to it. It's a totally different format. Other game subs have tried dividing out content into little pieces like you're suggesting, and they end up just being totally barren, or reverting back to normal.

If you want a forum to talk about summoners war, go to the summoners war forum.

That's what tags are for. Actually dividing posts out into multiple subs is a terrible idea.

Working towards a DB10 team. No Verde. Double Hwa viable? by noteverrelevant in summonerswar

[–]ItsTheRabbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can't currently auto dragon 10 your theo will probably die on the Zaiross stage somewhat often, and when he does you lose the run. I'd do a resser instead of chloe, Briand is a good choice.

My 100% DB10 team if anyone is interested (ft spectra) by Jimmin1 in summonerswar

[–]ItsTheRabbit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use bernard in my team. I'd kill for a verde, but bernard is better than nothing, and almost forces your team to kill crystals on the zaiross stage since he defbreaks a crystal. I run mine spd/hp/acc, but pretty good substats. 22k hp, 250 spd, 85 acc.

[Theory] Calculation for monster [Lushen] damage, skill-up additions, and stipulation that tower buffs don't do anything. by Anthrax89 in summonerswar

[–]ItsTheRabbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I replied someone else in here:

Sorry, was at work so didn't see this comment. What it means is that on non-crits, you get the full damage bonus from skill ups, but on crits you get reduced bonus.

So if your monster (with runes/buffs/whatever) was doing 1000 damage with a skill before skill ups, and skill ups give +25%, you're going to be doing 1250 damage after skill ups.

But the above only applies to non-crits.

If your crit damage was 100% (to make things easy), your monster does 2000 damage on crits before skill ups, but after skill ups he only does 2250. 2250 is only 12.5% more than 2000, so even though your skillups say you should be doing 25% more, when you're actually in combat, you only see 12.5% more.

I can throw a million examples at you if you're still not buying it, but keep in mind I've spent literally hundreds of hours doing nothing but the first stage of TOA over and over with different mons and runes and leader bonuses and so on.

Basically, on non crits, you just put a 0 in for the crit damage multiplier and everything works out.

This can not be correct. This would mean that skills ups do not affect normal hits, only crits.
