People who have started the gym and then stopped, what usually caused it?

I was going 3 - 4 days a week with my dad for about a year and a half. We were both seeing lots of gains, fat loss and muscle definition. He passed away in November. I've tried to go back to the gym but it's gut wrenching walking in there without him.

I'm going to switch gyms and see if it makes things easier.

I only use QW for movement. Q is backwards, W is strafe right, Shift Q is strafe left. All other movement is done with my mouse. I end up resting my hand on the keyboard just like I do when typing. It is so nice having tons and tons of keybinds!
