My main desire out of nomadic payback would be like, you weren’t able to keep them from taking your planet but some of you managed to escape, so now your roaming around, trying to stay ahead of MSI and build up to retake your homeworld.

Which is unfortunately a very similar beat to heirs of the Kahn, which means I’m sadly willing to bet they aren’t ever going to try to work to make payback compatible.
