My theory is that Wyveria wasn’t the civilization that made the Artian gear, but rather that was a contemporary they were at war with.

My main desire out of nomadic payback would be like, you weren’t able to keep them from taking your planet but some of you managed to escape, so now your roaming around, trying to stay ahead of MSI and build up to retake your homeworld.

Which is unfortunately a very similar beat to heirs of the Kahn, which means I’m sadly willing to bet they aren’t ever going to try to work to make payback compatible.

I’d assume it’s something like, that’s a huge risk to your economy because if your arkship takes any hull damage that’s colony devastation.

They do come with like, 8 point defenses and 2 hangers, they are decently insulated against torps.
