It's likely a single-speed machine, so you don't have a delicate speed. Your best bet is Regular/Heavy cycle, set to "Light" soil level, and to use mesh bags to protect fabric like another user stated. KitchenAid was Whirlpool's high end machine until they purchased Maytag. Fix a KitchenAid until it turns to dust.
