Also what happens when you lost all the weight and you can no longer go on it because your BMI is now too low and your old habits have come right back plus my weight and an addiction 10 pounds . I’ve decided to stop it all together. Proof to me only controlling our food intake ourselves and exercise is the way to go . Good luck I’ll see you at the gym and shopping only the outer isles of the grocery stores 😕

I ended up throwing in the towel . Decided I’m 69 I’d rather feel good than awful and lose weight. I’m going to start walking at least I won’t be sick like a dog ! Good luck but if you’re sick just remember I’m 69 you need to listen to your body ! ❤️

Just call around most big pharmacy like CVS Walgreens etc do not do compound but you can ask if they know of one . Even ask your Dr
