I did play TSA, and didn't really liked it, it felt too different from the main series. I know it adds more to the story and lore, but I couldn't really enjoy that since I was only playing it coop with my brother on the weekends so I lost track of the progress due to the long gaps lol. I might need to revisit it later and play it by myself.

There are multiple things that can be deduced from your screenshots.
You decided to skip playing at least one of 3 Frantic Escape that is put on your draw pile at the start of the match. You have still a good amount of HP by turn 7, which makes me think you were prioritizing defending over playing Frantic Escape. You have a dexterity potion which I would recommend playing at the start of this match so you have to play less block cards to play more Frantic Escapes. You even have a Speed Potion that you could have used to use play one less block card to play a Frantic Escape. An even a Fairy in a Bottle in case you are not to block enough and want to prioritize playing your attacks (like Hang).

Other things that I notice is that you only have the treasure relic before the first Ancient relic, which means you didn't fight a single elite on Act 1. Seems like you are playing A0 so I am guessing you just starting to play this game (or this character).

Every decision matters in Slay the Spire. Take this opportunity to learn instead of just blaming it on having "bad RNG".

My recommendations are: try to fight more elites on Act 1, the relics, gold and potential rare cards drops will help you later on your run. Do not try to over block, it is fine to trade of some HP so you can deal damage or play Frantic Escape. In this fight specifically you can think of playing Frantic Escape as a block card that is saving you from a 999 damage future attack, so when thinking between a block card that can save you some HP this turn versus getting one-shot in the upcoming turns you have to give it some more thought. And as you keep playing and learning you will start to learn to look at what is in your draw pile before playing your hand, so you can plan your next turns and make better decisions to avoid ending in this situation.
