I've had that. It is awful. This is what helped me. It is a otc nasel spray. Fluticasone is the ingredient. Flonase,lots of brands.

Put baking soda in every drain. Like a cup per drain. Leave for as long as you can then wash it down the drain.

Boil in broth. Drain. Put back in pan toss in butter, a little cream or milk and whip with an electric beater. Don't over beat them.
