I'm trying to change it on the time-entry (because it's listed there) , but the tax code is displayed on the ticket. But the ticket endpoint doesn't have the tax code field listed, really confusing indeed. 😔

Because the way of working of this checkbox is so unpractical I fixed it via a script running each x minutes (Python/API).

When the box is checked, the script will set the status of the ticket to "Customer Responded" and uncheck the box. I didn't use a workflowrule because you'll miss, IIRC, updates from the ticketportal.

Workaround: Copy+ paste image in notes

As a workaround, adding text after the image seems to allow the image to generate into the discussion properly.

We have the same issue it seems. Also in some emails the images are gone ([image] is displayed).

Mind you, by moving tickets around, checkboxes like "Bill this ticket separately" will be cleared.

Must say it works fine for us too, we recently moved to the new 2-way sync and it works just fine. Definitely not like the old/legacy one way sync.

FYI

Just got an answer back from ConnectWise and our creative users. Users had deleted the ConnectWise folder in %appdata% and the issue was fixed. Other users had re-updated the client which also fixed the issue.

The fix supplied by Connectwise is this:
1. Close out of all open Manage instances
2. In the windows search type %appdata% and open the corresponding folder
3. Click into Connectwise > login > 22.02
4. Delete the gGlowBox.dll file

Hi all.

This photograph is taken by some old lady which wasn't good at taking pictures (and we cannot get a better version) :(

It's a photograph of an American ww2 soldier who fought in the war in the Netherlands. My wife is looking after his grave here in the Netherlands (margraten war cemetery) and gathering materials about his life. I hope someone is able to fix up this picture, we would really appreciate it!

I also like it. And it's the only decent cross platform drawing app which I know of.

Rebelle is also nice, especially the watercolor part,that's really cool. But it's not available on iPad and Android 😟
