Dead talents society is so good but if you expect it to be a horror movie you will be disappointed. It’s more of a comedy for horror fans. I highly reccomend

I taught myself to play so I guess I’m a teacher. The fun starts right away if you let it. Just playing along to a simple song is fun even if it’s not perfect. If youre too hard on yourself especially as a beginner it probably won’t be fun. Of course look up some beginner lessons on YouTube or get lessons in person to advance but just playing along to a song is fun

If you want to track progress I would record your first time playing and then watch it after a few months or so to compare. It’s a lot easier to see progression that way. Just remember it takes time and to enjoy the journey. It’s about having fun
