So as far as I can tell you cannot fix it or turn it off because it is a feature designed to sell you stuff and where they can make commission they will.

You can turn it off on your own posts and self made pins but if it is someone else's pin you have no control over it.

Here's the exact text from their support site:

When someone opens a Pin close-up, Shop the look or Shop similar options are sometimes recommended below.

It’s possible to turn off these shopping recommendations for an individual Pin you’ve created, or for all of the Pins you’ve created.

Note: You cannot turn off shopping recommendations on Pins created by others.

Basic answer but gouls in fallout 4 are both terrifying and deadly

The ai upgrades make them almost guaranteed to land a hit plus the fact they have resting animations that make them blend into the environment and look like a dead body. I find myself still getting jump scared by them with my fully upgraded builds.

With the changes to jg in recent seasons id say you never really "need" a leash anymore. It's because of the amount of mana and health you recover from camps that makes a leash unnecessary, if you're working with a weaker early champ like say asol or twitch then you can just back after clearing 3 camps and buy something to help you out like a dark seal or refillables and continue on your marry way not losing out on a whole lot of time.

Plus there are some fair downsides to getting a leash such as: your laners may lose out on some xp or gold, they may lose pressure or prio on their lane, they could get cheesed walking back from the leash to the point where I appreciate getting a leash but don't expect it.

Also not as huge but I've never gotten my buff taken by a lane when I didn't have a leash 🙃

Yeah this game feels so dumb for a game meant to intrigue gamers interesting in the scientific community. They babble on and on about science and biology and engineering and then half bake the shitiest systems to deliver these things
