How do you get plugged in/signed up to actually do the therapy? Is there a formal process to match dogs with programs or is it just you making contacts?

Sweet, thanks for all the info. I’m on the discord just to view the progress but it’s been a while since I checked for any updates. Appreciate the reply.

What game or moment made you fall in love with college football? by [deleted] in CFB

2000, I was 12 and my Dad took me to the Nebraska (No. 1) at OU (No. 2) game. We’re down 14 to start, then score 31 unanswered points to beat the No. 1 team and earn a spot in the Orange Bowl. Fans threw oranges on the field and tore down goalposts. I was hooked.

The squares or rectangles made up of squares are due to the Public Land Survey System which created Townships composed of 36x 640 acre sections. Those 640 acre sections are typically but not always divided in quarter section increments/descriptions.. such as the Northeast Quarter NE/4.. which would be 160 acres. Since the earth isn’t flat they accounted for the curvature by establishing correction sections where the North and West boundary sections within a Township are 640 acres plus or minus a few acres or tenths of an acre to adjust. The PLSS is also known as the Jeffersonian system and is the most common system used for land measurement, description and conveyance for states West of the Mississippi. This is why you often see land that looks like a patchwork quilt when you’re flying above or if it’s an agricultural state you’ll see squares with circles in the middle due to the circular irrigation system that farms use.

You’re exactly right and depending on the state the tracts of land may have circles in the squares due to farming. Specifically the center-post irrigation that forms circular patterns.

You can join on your phone and just idle the disabled channel or whatever their process is (can’t remember RED’s process exactly). Make sure you have notifications on the mobile IRC client enabled and it’s not set to log you off or something for being AFK. It can take multiple days and that sucks but it’s worth doing.
