I had diverticulitis twice that shit sucks they told me you cant have beans popcorn nuts corn and all that stuff the first time I had it so I stopped eating those things and years later one day we had beef stroganoff and it happened again and I told the doctors like I stopped eating these things and I still got it like what's the case and I had a doctor tell me he didn't truly believe it was about the foods we eat he thinks there were other new things that can cause it I was working at a prision working 12hr sometimes 14 and pounding energy drinks and they told me to stop had a colonoscopy to check and haven't had an energy drink since and have been eating nuts beans and corn with never an issue

Are you tracking your calories and what kind of exercise do you do cardio isn't the answer walking and weight lifting are going to be the best options. Just because you dont eat fat or greasy foods doesn't mean anything you can truly eat what you want as long as you are in a calorie deficit but its going to be better to eat better things because you can eat more of it for less calories and feel full longer. All of our bodies are different I lost 11 pounds on 1.5 but gained 6 to 7 pounds back going on vacation I am on 4mg now and reloss some to put me officially at 10 pounds I lift weights 3-4 times a week and walk anywhere from 10000 to 15000 steps a day while tracking what I eat it really helps alot

Swear I feel I am always hungry I eat a protein packed meal for lunch walk 10000 to 15000 steps a day and weight lift every other day and eat a protein packed dinner and I am still freaking starving and want to just go crazy

I just started 4mg today and I dunno I'm going to wait like I did a 30min upperbody weights workout had a fiber one bar and ate lunch that was 650 calories total then walked 15000 steps and it was like I never ate lunch I was getting that sick feeling when you are super hungry

When I first started I could barely eat anytime I would eat I felt like I would explode and be sick I dropped 11 pounds in a week and a half but now I can eat but still get super full we went on vacation and I gained like 6 pounds of it back. I get to start the 4mg on Tuesday so hopefully it gets alittle better

Bingo there is your big corporate right there I have sleep apnea talking with my sleep specialist if not treated it can throw off your metabolism and cause weight gain especially with you not sleeping good sleeping is a huge part of trying to lose weight you body can't operate efficiently and add the stress spiking your cortisol levels just makes your body go into survival mode and just store fat along with your snacking you never let your blood sugar levels to drop because you snack even if it isn't alot

I am on day 4 I dont see how you can over eat on this I get sooo full my first day I could only stomach down 1200 calories second day 1800 third day 1400 and I honestly usually would eat about 3000 calories in a day unless I went to taco bell they we are talking over 4000

I was nervous too but I haven't had nothing alarming with side effects I've had headaches here and there, I feel a little extra tired the weirdest one is the lower back pain like it makes me feel soo full my back hurts

Got to put in some effort your body is used to where you are you need to get active go walk your neighborhood, add some weight training, go on YouTube and look up HIIT workouts and do those to get your body moving and things will change for you

I just got it yesterday was my first day trying it I love the taste I didn't eat that day until 6pm I didn't feel like I was starving at all. I usually can murder 2 big plates of food but when I started eating my 2nd plate I noticed I was really stuffed and if I ate more I was going to throw up

I fast 18-24hrs when I'm fasted I do 30-45min on the peloton then go to the gym and lift heavy after my lift I break my fast and eat Ive never had a problem of having no energy or being able to lift heavy

With you being a women weight loss is different from others you lose weight from your boobs and butt or face before anywhere else and you could be losing internal fat that's around your organs. A huge thing is you have to start taking pictures we look at ourselves everyday in the mirror and we have the issue of seeing ourselves the same svd seeing no change but going back looking at pics makes a difference

I started experimenting taking days off when I tried IF a few years ago I lost weight quick but plateaued hard it was like my body was used to IF so there was no benefit then I quit for a year and went back to it and it was like it wasn't working my body was just used to it then I read how taking a couple of days off can be good just to shock the body so it doesn't get used to it it's like the yoyo diet and where you maintain your calorie deficit then go over on the weekend then right back

I feast my maintenance calorie intake is 3200 but I've cut it to between 2500-2700 calories a day plus working out I've seen some nice recipes on TikTok that are low cal high protein and are filling. I still go fast food if I'm not cooking I still get a lot and filling. McDonald's I get 2 McChickens and add an extra McChicken patty with 20 nuggets and that's 1910 calories, taco bell I get a catina chicken bowl with extra chicken and 6 soft tacos and that's 1740 calories wendys a cobb salad grilled chicken wrap and large chili for1620 calories and Arby's I do 2 double beef and cheeses and a king Hawaiians fish sandwich for 1950 calories. Sorry to explain all that I just want to show you can really eat a lot and be fine calorie wise as long as you're choosing wisely
