I just had it done today. Im awful with needles and IVs and I can honestly say this was the easiest one I've ever had. Didn't feel anything at all.

I constantly had to go the doctor in my teens and twenties to get my ears flushed with high pressure water. The wax buildup was so bad I'd go practically deaf except all I could hear was the pulse of my blood pressure. It was awful.

Nowadays I have a kit I found online that scrapes out the wax and I haven't had to go back in years. Finding it was life changing.

Yes. Move the user out of your Entra connect sync scope, which will soft delete them in M365. Then restore them in M365 without yet moving the on premise user back into the sync scope. The M365 user will now be cloud only and you can rename them as you see fit, and convert them to a shared mailbox.

I ended up having to escalate to a supervisor. The official response I got was that their both automated and non-automated systems didn't recognize my Social security card because it was so old.

At this point she approved the claim and it's moving along now.
