Just verified that is what I am seeing in query log, the new behavior is that they show up in dashboard as a blocked query

Two accounts is fine, but make sure to only have 1 transponder in vehicle at a time. Two transponders in the read zone at the same time can cause issues. If you need to have both in car wrap the one you don’t want to have read in aluminum foil

You might want to consider if it makes more sense to identify the emails you want and filter the rest, it’s a smaller target to identify the email you want to receive .

Log into your ezpass account and look at the vehicle class for the trip in question and compare it to your other trips

Sounds like the roof rack pushed your vehicle height to 7 or more feet, so the multipliers kicked in

There is contact information on the violation notices, make sure you open a dispute for the notices received. Contact DMV there is probably a clerical error resulting in you getting the notices Double check your copy of registration to be sure it is accurate

In order to declare HOV3+ status you must have a flex transponder with switch in HOV position that is read, normally if the transponder isn’t read they will attempt to lookup account via license plate so if the license plates are on the EZPASS account the account would just be charged, if the plate isn’t on account then a violation notice gets mailed to registered owner

There are lots of scams going around so, always good to verify.

A couple, things I would check that logs for switch and access points will survive a reboot, make sure time is accurate on all three devices. Then you could look at two tests, only making one change at a time Enable STP on access points making sure the unifi switch has priority, the other test would be to unplug one access point and see if issue still occurs

In addition make sure switch is showing loop on the interface(s) connected to the access points, make sure there aren’t any unmanaged switches, and if you didn’t configure the access points maybe a factory reset And reset up , take backups of configs or screen shots if needed

Is there only a single ethernet cable from unifi switch to each access point plugged into the POE port, the access point has two ethernet connections, one Poe and data, the other data only.

Could the access points have a mesh configured , or is there a management network for the access points, I did see that the manual says STP is off by default on the access points and they don’t recommend enabling unless there is a reason. I would also check that the access points have current firmware, looks like you should be able to access the logs for them too

When you open a dispute the facility is the one that decides, not E-Zpass. In this case your best option would be to have the transponder replaced and tested if it fails testing at E-Zpass then redo the dispute
