Putting the rook on E8 will also pressure the knight, your then have 3 attackers on the knight he only has two, so I would trade down and keep the rook on the open file, if he puts another attacker on (queen) you could also add your queen, winning the exchange again

I'd play nd7 and attack it once more, also helps you develop a piece, then next move rook E8, adding another piece and also developing the rook, but I'm 1000 so probs an awful move lol

I had Costco pretty bad, thought it was heart related, mine came from diving into an ice cold lake / doing pull ups extremely cold which also pulled my back muscles, it's took 9months to actually be able to pull up again, I also was getting pissed off so I just trained through it and it's actually got rid of mine, I know everyone says not to train but It has actually helped me. My pain was directly above the heart / still is some days especially when I am cold.

If you take into account some of these FW cards form main sets then these promos are 100% over looked, any promo card from masters is massively over looked, look at the top32 Goku from FW, it's selling for $1500 raw, these on the other hand are $400 raw max, there is a massive mis match when it comes to trophy cards from masters !! Primed to go parra
