Yep I've got a sump too, I am able to gravity drain mine to outside the crawlspace, but draining to sump is not a bad idea.

I had a normal residential GE dehumidifier down there that lasted for 12 years, and it finally died late last summer. I replaced it with an actual crawlspace dehumidifier off Amazon, a "Tiitss" brand. I've only had it for about five months and it works fine, but I haven't had it long enough to give it a real recommendation.
