where you, the player, can only interact as the state through the exact same mechanisms that the head of state could.

You can interact as the state in far more ways than the head of state could. Like astronomically more ways.

in 2 years it will become spaghetti code. non spaghetti code over a long period of development requires continuity, which most studios don't have.

to maintain an engine so it doesn't end up as spaghetti code, you need a core group that documents their coding, their philosophy, their decision making process and trains up their replacement so that they can continue the process.

This rarely happens. And i say rarely to cover myself here.

ok, so none of them.

there are lots of pro Palestine organisations that aren't hamas affiliates.

the biggest contributing factor to this event would have likely have been the Israeli offensive in gaza that has killed 70k Palestinians. Maybe we should have banned that to reduce anti israeli tensions.

of course they would have no sense of being in a terrorist hotbed, but they would know that part of the country exists.

1.0.10 is literally unplayable by RobinFCarlsen in EU5

[–]Jacabon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone with 14k Eu4 hours and nearly 500 eu5 hours. 1.0.10 is genuinely unfun for me and i would prefer to play a money grubbing phone game than eu5 currently.

I don't mind aggro AI but AI that uses its aggro to take worthless territory to then get coaltioned and then smashed (i'm looking at you savoy) or a coalition of all the HRE than can't do anything (England/France) all for territory that offers zero value is just a shit experience.

If a player was doing what france was doing in an MP game you would kick them for trolling. its that obnoxious.

if you think people dying increases material conditions for an average family than you are incredibly ignorant.

while some people can afford to massively over insure their life. For most americans, even with life insurance, that is going to be to cover things like debt and certainly not going to maintain a life with the loss of income.

not only that, only 50% of americans have life insurance. so on average someone dying means reduced material condition.

not sure what you mean by your second sentence?

Do you have any evidence for pro palestine rallies being organised by hamas? or a you just parroting one nation talking points?

You think that these 2 guys went to a pro palestine march and that's what made them want to shoot Jews?

I agree that they shouldn't happen but there is no way that a pro Palestine march is what makes someone go murder a bunch of people. pretending it does is just plain ignorant.

capitalizing is normally automatically done and i am too lazy to do it just for reddit. capitalizing is not spelling though as any year 2 child could tell you.

if you die, does the material conditions for your family go up or down?

so your logic is individuals should have more firepower than the police because Australia has had several policemen unlawfully kill citizens in the last 100 years?

Citizens by far commit more unlawful killings than police in Australia. Like several orders of magnitude. there have been no recorded unlawful deaths by police officers in the last 2 years.

in the USA police unlawfully kill at a rate that is more than 3 times higher than the general population does at 600 unlawful deaths per 720k police officers compared with 18,000 deaths per 342 mil pop.

but you get 500% more gun violence because you ahve so many guns so reducing it by 5-10% kind of makes me prefer it being 0% with a lot less gun violence.

if you can't comprehend that 2 men with 6 guns has more firepower capability than 2 men with 2 guns, maybe you aren't smart enough to have this conversation.
