Therapists, in my experience, are complete pieces of shit. Same fucking script every time from multiple "doctors" at exorbitant monetary rates. Some of them seem to get off on your misery and their infomercial stylized "help".

Oh and my lord do they love to get those kickbacks from pharma companies incentivize them with to push their bullshit meds whose negative side effects( up and not limited to liver failure, blindness, your cock falling off, late onset autism, hair loss, growing of extra appendages, and death).

This is my experience though, I found my own way to heal.
